This is a suspect from another series, but a few people have suggested it sounds like EAR/ONS:

Although, one could argue that most stalker calls, including EAR/ONS, have a similar heavy breathing, etc. to them.

What do you think?

It is interesting. It could be. My first impression is that it is not the same voice. But, I don't know. It's really hard to tell when someone is whispering. If GSK make a lot of obscene phone calls, even if they were not recorded it would be good to know what he said. Did he have a common theme, a common speech pattern, use certain phrases or words a lot. I guess it's touchy to release obscene calls but even if they bleeped out some words it would help. It sounded like this guy said "I like your voice" , is that correct? That's all I could really decipher. I wonder if GSK said that same sentence before? Also, I wonder if any of the victims have heard this recording and if so, what they thought.

Its more of a stalker situation here, but she said "some people" say it sounds like EAR/ONS.

I'll ask the person I got it from to try to transcribe it.
I remember she said something about "bye bye baby", but I'm really horrible at discerning anything from these recordings.

You and me both. On the other recording, when the script was written out for us to follow along, it was amazing -- I could actually hear it clearly when reading along. So I obviously need a little help, lol. I still could not hear the name that apparently others can hear though. So it would be great if you can get the person to transcribe this recording.
