I am aware this has been discussed, but truthandsoul has set up a new proboard regarding this case. It is administered by truthandsoul and myself, and (currently) moderated by me (although I hope to have 1 or 2 more mods in the future). The main aim of the board is to stay on the right side of legal matters and reduce the "troll factor".
