A Sacramento murder which threatened to go cold now has a suspect identified by DNA. The murder of 13 year old Jessica Funk Haslam was slipping off the radar screens. The 23 year old suspect was arrested for domestic abuse in May, the wheels of justice ground slowly and spit out his name. Sac Sheriffs arrested him Wednesday.
