Port, I should be hearing soon about the uncovering of the bug found at ----, in Goleta recently. I am wondering if we will we be looking a special model VW bug "Baja" that was reportedly seen at a crime site and model was based on track marks left behind. The other two covered vehicles in the driveway will be interesting to find model and make as well. G

Kona, how do you know that the Bug was registered in Sac and that the flyer was on the floor of the back seat? Did you stroll by it, because I can't google or zillow close enough to see that level of detail.

I got right up on it and could not see inside because of the cover but I wonder if it is for sale if you get my drift? The registered owner makes it more interesting. I believe son is too young to have begun in Sacramento, would have been 15? There would have to have been a partner. G

Hey the door was opened and I had a look around and did a drawing of the rear end.
I looked at my notes and the liscence frame had a sac business. said sacramento right there on the frame.
Inside I found the church handout, left it there, and one more thing that could be important was on the passenger floor next to the registration were air tags for the local think tank. I believe they were for raytheon.

Thanks for your geographical triangulation.
It is a very small area.
I been bugged by the map
There is a problem with the tightness of this circle as it does not put the theft of the bike (Goleta 1) location inside the circle.
When one considers the location of the abandoned knife and bike on San Patricio, and the proximity to the bike theft, one has to think they live on that side of the circle map (10 O'clock)
I think of the streets and where they lead to
there are some old timers who may love to chat.
Thats why I went to that street first and ran into that BUG.
